Are you a Benefits and Housing Needs Officer looking to work in Hackney, East London?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Hackney, East London, is looking to recruit a Benefits and Housing Needs officer on moving residents from temporary accommodation to private rented properties.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that those in need have access to the resources and support to secure stable housing and financial assistance.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should have the ability:
- To meet with residents, discuss private housing options and temporary accommodation.
- To collect resident information, including income and medical evidence.
- To secure privately rented accommodation by negotiating with landlords and agent.
- To ensure accommodation meets suitability standards for formal offers (S198).
- To preparing cases for the discharge of main duty.
