In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $25.00 and $28.00 an hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Full time: scheduled between 32-40 hours a week *weekend availability is a must

The Decorations Manager leads the culinary operation in frosting, inscribing, and decorating of delicious cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods. They are charged with ensuring the highest quality baked goods are decorated in a timely manner by means of training, supporting overall safety, and developing the culinary team through the specialization of decorations management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign daily decoration s needs to team members and ensure their completion
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
