We’re Hiring: Experienced Bench Joiners

Location:Bramling, Canterbury, Kent – Workshop based

Due to expansion and growth, we are looking forExperienced Bench Joinersto join our team of skilled professionals at ourstate-of-the-art 23,000 sq. ft workshop, equipped for both traditional and modern joinery production.

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce high-quality, bespoke joinery
  • Work from technical drawings and assist with setting out where needed
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Collaborate as part of a supportive and dedicated workshop team
  • Help deliver projects that showcase both beauty and durability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in all aspects of purpose-made joinery
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Wood machining experience is an advantage
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred
