Based in Wellingborough, you will work on high-quality products for exhibitions and installations. The role offers opportunities for travel in the UK and overseas. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role in exhibitions or cabinet making.

Permanent Role

£27,000 PA starting Salary

Wellingborough Based Company

Monday to Friday 0730 - 1530

Opportunity for UK and Overseas Travel

Our client who are an established business within the exhibitions industry are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very innovative business.

As a Bench Joiner you will be responsible for the manufacturing of bespoke hardware and furniture that are incorporated into exhibition displays or permanent installations with their customer premises. You will be producing cabinets, workstations, pelmets and frameworks working as a team and on your own initiative making products to very high specifications. There will also be the opportunity to set up exhibitions in the UK and Overseas.

To be considered for this role the ideal bench joiner will have the following skills and experience.

  • Be able to work from drawings, plans and specifications
  • Have attention to detail with the desire to produce the highest quality product.
  • Have a flexible attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Can operate CNC Machines, Saws and Edge Banders
  • Be able to conform to H & S Standards
  • Be prepared to travel should the need arise.
