Job Opportunity: Shop Fit Wood Joiner / Bench Joiner Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a skilled, time-served shop fit wood joiner / bench joiner who is eager to take their first step into supervision and management.

The ideal candidate will be a working supervisor responsible to the factory manager for daily joinery operations. You should have extensive experience working on the bench, honing your skills, which include:

1. The ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
2. Proficiency with all hand tools used in construction techniques within the shop fit industry, including contact adhesives for laminates on both flat and curved surfaces, router trimmers for hand laminating, and basic construction methods such as pins and cams.

As a knowledgeable joiner, you should be capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
