Overview

Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Type: Long-Term, Ongoing Work

The Role

We are currently looking for experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a high-quality joinery manufacturer based in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a skilled team producing bespoke, premium-grade joinery for a wide range of commercial and architectural projects.

Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Assembling and finishing bespoke joinery products
  • Working with a range of hardwoods, sheet materials, and veneers
  • Using hand tools and woodworking machinery
  • Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bench joiner in a workshop environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings accurately
  • Confident using a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
