Job Role: Bench Hand Joiner
Location: Leicester

Shift: Days
Pay Rate: 16.00 - 18.00 per hour

An industry-leading specialist in high-end interior fit-outs is looking to expand its workshop team with the addition of an experienced Bench Hand Joiner. The Role:

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be responsible for the manufacture of bespoke joinery items in a modern, well-equipped workshop. You will work on luxury interiors for high-profile hotels, prime residential properties, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture of bespoke joinery from drawings and cutting lists

• Work with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, veneers, and laminates

• Operate traditional woodworking machines and hand tools

• Ensure high standards of finish, fitting, and overall quality

• Work to strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

• Collaborate with team members across the workshop and production teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Cabinet Maker

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
