About the Role:

Time Recruitmentare currently seeking aSemi-Skilled or Skilled Bench Joinerto join our client who is based in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience indoor and frame assembly, be confident usingrelevant power tools, and demonstrate a strong understanding of joinery techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble doors and frames to precise specifications
• Operate and maintain a range of power tools and woodworking machinery
• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a bench joinery role
• Skilled in door and frame assembly
• Competent with power tools such as saws, routers, drills, and sanders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment
• NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry/Joinery
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
