Job description

Shift Pattern: 46.40 Hours Weekday Day Shift – 06.00 - 18.00 Monday - Thursday
Salary: £14.86 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Location: Bromford Precision Solutions Limited Leicester – LE3 1UQ

Opportunity Summary:

We have a vacancy for a Bench Hand/Assembler.

Role Accountabilities:

• Proficient at de-burring techniques such as blending and polishing.
• Proficient use of air tools and fly presses to include the clocking of fixtures, vices and angle plates.
• Proficient use of hand assembly techniques.
• Inspection of work using Vernier’s, Micrometres, Depth Micrometres and Gauges.
• Undertake Vibro Etch, Stamping, Inkjet Part Mark and Dot Peening to identity markings for components.

• Must have a conscientious and methodical approach to work
• Capability to work with hand tools / manual equipment
• Working to production timelines in a manufacturing environment.
• Working with SOPs and Company specific documentation.
• Self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook.
• Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
• Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
• Working to deadlines.
• Managing workload effectively, prioritising where necessary.
