Our Bench General Managers are talented professionals waiting for their own store. While awaiting their own store, they will support existing stores within the district, assisting the current General Manager. They are responsible for the store's daily operations and results, leading, inspiring, and coaching teams to ensure profitability, optimize sales opportunities, and deliver excellent customer service.
As brand ambassadors, Bench General Managers embody our values, demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
