Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from internal handover through to completion
• Act as the single point of contact for all project matters
• Monitor budgets and cost performance to meet or exceed financial targets
• Ensure all company governance and health & safety protocols are followed
• Develop and update project programmes, tracking progress and reporting changes
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams
• Build and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Interpret electrical, MEP and control schematics with confidence
• Drive results under pressure, maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience delivering BMS projects (or transferable experience from M&E environments)
• Confident understanding of electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
• Ideally experience with Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems (Siemens, Tridium, or Distech also welcome)
• Comfortable managing documentation, trackers and reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• A proactive approach to Health & Safety
• Flexibility to travel across Central London project sites
