Job Responsibilities

1. To manage, design and engineer a number of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery of all projects in time and within budget
2. To maintain frequent contact with clients to build relationships
3. Identify opportunities for additional services with existing customers
4. Produce and submit technical drawings
5. Develop and agree project plans
6. Attend regular customer meetings
7. Co-ordinate and communicate project Health & Safety
8. P & L responsibility for assigned projects

Minimum Requirements: Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in a technical post within BMS industry and possess in-depth knowledge of building services and controls.
