Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimise BEMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
• Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with clients
• Occasional on-call (1 in 5 weeks, low volume of actual callouts)
• Flexible start times to suit traffic and site needs

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on BEMS maintenance experience
• Familiarity with Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or similar systems
• Great communicator who takes pride in delivering for customers
• Full UK driving licence

What’s on Offer:

• Salary depending on experience: £40-53k
• £6k car allowance + 30p/mile from home
• Quarterly bonus (typically £3-5k per year, sometimes more)
• Overtime available (1.5x Sat, 2x Sun)
• On-call: £225/week + min 4 hours paid if called (1 in 5 weeks, very low volume)
• Full support from senior engineers + funded Trend/Tridium training
