Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Building Energy and Management Systems Engineer in London on a permanent basis. The role focuses on the operation and optimisation of Building Management and energy-related systems across the Bank of America's London estate.

You will monitor BEMS performance, investigate alarms, and drive energy efficiency initiatives while producing reliability reports and supporting environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, chiller or BMS control systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and optimise BEMS systems to meet parameters.
• Identify and resolve BMS alarms and escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
• Produce monthly reliability reports and trend analysis.
• Lead energy-reduction initiatives and plant optimisation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building services.
