The programme blends structured learning with hands-on delivery, offering exposure to software engineering, data platforms, analytics, automation and applied AI across TD Securities worldwide. You will work with colleagues in Belfast and across TD Securities globally, building

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2026) or upcoming 2027 graduate with a technical degree.
• Strong interest in engineering, data and AI, with curiosity to explore emerging technologies.
• Solid programming knowledge demonstrated through coursework, projects, placements or hackathons.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to targeted team deliverables, developing new functionality and improving TD's applications, platforms and data capabilities.
• Design, build, test and improve high-quality software with engineering best practices.
• Work across the delivery lifecycle from problem understanding to deployment and improvement.
• Gain experience across software engineering, data platforms, analytics, automation and applied AI.
