Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager based in Belfast to oversee properties in the Greater Belfast area. The successful candidate will manage relationships with tenants and landlords, handling inquiries and organising maintenance and repairs. A minimum of one year’s experience in property management, lettings, or property sales is required. This role is Monday to Friday, offering a great opportunity to develop your career in a well-established real estate company.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in property management, lettings, or property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the great Belfast area.
• Manage landlord and tenant relationships from move in right through to the tenants leaving.
• Handle inquiries or complaints and deal with them promptly.
• Organise property maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with local laws.
