Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification.
• Studying toward CGI qualification or Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support global funds and corporate entities alongside experienced professionals.
• Organise board and shareholder meetings and prepare governance documentation.
• Gain exposure to fund launches, regulatory filings and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with directors, clients and industry specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
• Learn how strong governance supports successful businesses and investment structures.
• Manage statutory records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge, commercial awareness and professional confidence through real-world experience.
• Contribute to projects that make a genuine impact for clients and the wider business.
