Join a leading mental health and wellbeing charity as a Delivery Partnership Coordinator in Leeds, where you will manage a vibrant partnership service and support community initiatives. The successful candidate will provide essential oversight and management of our Being You Leeds partnership service, working closely with partner organisations, community workers and volunteers, within the delivery partnership of six providers and with our two training providers.
This successful and vibrant partnership is currently in its 3rd year of delivery and we are looking for a motivated, passionate, highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team and lead the day to day provision of the service and develop our partnership successfully into the future. Providing oversight to our partnership, coordinating the day to day delivery of the service to ensure we meet our contractual obligations and importantly the needs of the diverse communities of Leeds who we work with and for.
