Behavioural Support Worker
This specialist education and care service caters for young people aged 4-18 years with a range of needs. These include social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and complex needs such as attachment disorders, trauma or anxiety, a high functioning autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), pathological demand avoidance (PDA) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

The School and Role
This specialist education and care service caters for young people aged 4-18 years with a range of needs. The role requires a Sports Coach / SEND Teaching assistant to transfer into a classroom setting, to work as a Behavioural Support Worker. This could be through P.E based activities and supporting in lessons such as food technology, Maths and English.
Set in Devizes, this school specialises in the education of students who have education health care plans for SEMH or have been permanently or temporarily excluded from mainstream school, due to being disengaged from education. You will be surrounded by a fantastic team, who have an unquestionable passion for the education and development of young people.
