A leading company is seeking a Behavioural Support Teacher/Teaching Assistant in Wakefield to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role includes implementing tailored behavior support plans and working closely with educational staff to ensure students receive holistic care. Salary: £89 – £145 per day (depending on experience and role type)

We’re working with a specialist school in Wakefield that supports pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). They’re looking for a Behavioural Support Assistant, or a Teacher confident in de-escalation and trauma-informed practice, to make a difference where it really counts.
