A local educational institution in Kingston upon Hull is seeking a Behavioural Support Officer to improve student attendance and behavior. This role involves implementing the school's policies, monitoring data, and supporting students facing challenges. Ideal candidates will have experience in behavioral support and a commitment to student well-being. This position offers 37 hours per week on a term-time basis, with supportive leadership and development opportunities.
We are looking to appoint a Behavioural Support Officer for 37 hours per week, on a term time plus 1 week, permanent basis to join our team at Archbishop Sentamu Academy.
The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance and Behaviour Policy and improving the attendance and behaviour of identified students who attendance and/or behaviour is a barrier to their performance. Responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance and behaviour data.
