What you'll do

As a Behavioural Risk Graduate, you’ll support and collaborate with your colleagues to deliver behavioural risk reviews. This involves supporting the design and delivery of primary or secondary research, triangulating across different data sources, and linking research with behavioural science theory to form conclusions.

We’ll look to you to stay updated with the latest insights and methodological developments in behavioural science and contribute to the continuous improvement of your team's evidence base, methods, and approaches.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting elements of regular or complex audit engagements
  • Contributing to the continuous monitoring of behavioural risk and assisting with running a high-performing, innovative team
  • Using internal audit tools and resources to monitor and track reviews
  • Acting as an ambassador for Internal Audit, helping to build the reputation and integrity of the function
  • Sharing knowledge across the function regarding specific engagements
The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you should have a good understanding of behavioural science literature and theory, and its practical application to real-world problems. You should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for behavioural science.

  • The ability to synthesise different data sources and theories to analyse potential problems
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm to develop your skill set and innovate
  • An openness to working in a risk or regulatory context
