You’ll be using behavioural science theory and research methods to provide novel, impactful, and rigorous insights to reduce the risk of poor outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and bank.
It’s an opportunity to learn how to use applied empirical science methods to analyse large datasets such as using Python on cloud-based software, as well as workflow management technology.

As a Behavioural Risk Graduate, you’ll support and collaborate with your colleagues to deliver behavioural risk reviews. This involves supporting the design and delivery of primary or secondary research, triangulating across different data sources, and linking research with behavioural science theory to form conclusions.
We’ll look to you to stay updated with the latest insights and methodological developments in behavioural science and contribute to the continuous improvement of your team's evidence base, methods, and approaches.

To join us in this role, you should have a good understanding of behavioural science literature and theory, and its practical application to real-world problems. You should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for behavioural science.
You need to hold or be working towards completing an undergraduate degree in a behavioural science-related discipline, such as Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Behavioural Economics.
