We are currently working with an alternative provision in Chesterfield that is eagerly looking for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about working with and supporting children displaying challenging behaviour.

The ideal behavioural Teaching Assistant will have a growth mindset and will always ensure each child is supported.

We offer a range of roles at this provision, including both full-time and part-time positions, with temp-to-perm opportunities.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will:

• Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle regularly.
• Have behaviour management experience.
• Possess business insurance or be willing to obtain it.
• Be highly supportive of each student's needs.
• Be patient and understanding.
• Strive to make a positive impact.
• Have a passion for working within an SEND school.
• Have entry-level Maths and English skills.
