Job summary

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support to pupils throughout the school day, working alongside Teachers, pastoral staff and experienced SEN professionals. The school is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant who is resilient, empathetic and confident when working with young people who may display challenging behaviour. Experience within education, SEN, youth work, care or behaviour support would be advantageous.
