Job summary

Vision Teaching is seeking an experienced Behaviour TA to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis within a thriving primary school in Tower Hamlets, London. The role focuses on SEMH and helps promote respectful, kind and determined classroom behaviour.

You will work closely with staff to implement strategies, build trusting relationships, and contribute to a calm, inclusive environment. Prior experience as a Behaviour TA and Team Teach training are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in SEMH and behaviour.
• Prior experience as a Behaviour TA.
• Good emotional intelligence.
• Trained in positive handling.
• Team Teach trained.

We are a teaching agency working with a thriving 1.5 form entry primary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets who are looking for an experienced Behaviour TA.

About The Client:

We are working with a warm, friendly and welcoming school primary school in the heart of London’s East End, in the Borough of Tower Hamlets. They are looking for an experienced Behaviour TA to support a child on a 1:1 basis. The successful Behaviour TA would have prior experience of supporting pupils with SEMH. As a behaviour TA, you would be joining a primary school that focuses on respect, kindness, determination and honesty.
