Beam ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join its team in North London. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of applied experience working with people diagnosed with learning disabilities and/or autism, particularly those who are non-verbal and require support through alternative modes of communication.

Beam is a specialist organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other complex behavioural needs. Through the use of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy, Beam delivers purposeful and meaningful behavioural change that fosters greater independence and improves each individual’s experience of the world. Services are provided to children and young people at various stages, including early intervention, schooling, university, and transitional phases.

Position: Behaviour Support Worker
Salary: £25,000 – £26,325 a year

We are currently recruiting for full-time staff to work on established home and community-based programmes across North London, specifically Brent, Haringey, and Camden Boroughs. You will work as part of a team supporting service users with primary diagnoses of autism and learning disabilities across various locations, focusing on life skills and community participation. We accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in supporting teenagers and young adults in their home and local community, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings. Beam ABA Services adopts a “positive risk taking” approach to increase independence and quality of life for young people. A clean UK driving licence with no penalty points or offences is required.
We operate 7 days a week—successful candidates should be available to work weekdays and weekends.
We provide industry-recognised training to equip you with the skills to make a positive impact. Full supervision is provided, and evening/weekend work may be required. All staff must adhere to our Code of Conduct.

You must have availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities is essential. A clean UK driving licence for an automatic car is required, with no penalty points or offences.
