Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school in West Dulwich, South London.

This welcoming SEN school supports children with Autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural needs and is looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to start in September 2025.

Role Details:
· Position: Behaviour Support Worker
· Setting: SEN School
· Location: West Dulwich, South London
· Start Date: September 2025
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
· Pay: GBP106 per day
· Contract Type: Long-term

About the School:
· Specialist setting for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs
· Strong emphasis on therapeutic approaches and behaviour support
· Supportive and well-trained staff team
· Regular CPD and in-house training opportunities

Requirements:
· Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational or care setting
· Calm, confident, and proactive attitude to managing challenging behaviours
· Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce) on the Update Service
· Right to work in the UK
· Two references covering the last 2 years
