Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to individuals with behavioural support needs, including those with disability, mental health conditions, and/or trauma backgrounds
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans developed by Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Assist with daily living activities, community engagement, and skill-building
• Support clients to develop positive routines and coping strategies
• Monitor, record, and report changes in behaviour or wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, therapists, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
