Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school in Mitcham, South London

This welcoming SEN school supports children with Autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural needs and is looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to start in September 2025.

Role Details:
Position: Behaviour Support Worker
Setting: SEN School
Location: Mitcham, South London
Start Date: September 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Pay: GBP106 per day
Contract Type: Long-term

About the School:
Specialist setting for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs
Strong emphasis on therapeutic approaches and behaviour support
Supportive and well-trained staff team
Regular CPD and in-house training opportunities

Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational or care setting
