This Behaviour Support Worker role offers invaluable experience working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, psychologists, and SEN professionals within a supportive and therapeutic school environment.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them develop positive behaviours and emotional resilience. You will implement behaviour support strategies, de-escalate challenging situations, encourage engagement in learning, and promote positive relationships with peers and staff. The Behaviour Support Worker will also support pupils in developing communication, social, and independence skills while creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
