A fantastic Primary school in Wokingham is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs.
A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role, and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable. The position involves working 1:1 with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour. The Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with children experiencing mental health difficulties, displaying challenging behaviour, and having learning disabilities.
This Primary school in Wokingham is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant who is passionate about contributing to a child's education. Ideally, the successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and some form of restraint training.
