A fantastic primary school in Windsor is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This is a great opportunity for graduates or experienced teaching assistants to develop their experience with special educational needs and behavioural challenges.
A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal, and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable. The role involves working 1:1 with pupils with special needs and challenging behaviour. The Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with children experiencing mental health difficulties, displaying challenging behaviour, and having learning disabilities.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant who is passionate about contributing to a child's education. Ideally, the candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and some restraint training.
