Are you experienced working with challenging behaviour and special needs? Are you interested in supporting mental health within your community?

A fantastic secondary school in the Oxford area is looking for a behaviour support teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This role is ideal for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant eager to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behaviour Disorders. The position involves working 1:1 with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour. The Behaviour Support Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with young people facing mental health difficulties, challenging behaviour, and learning disabilities such as Autism.

The school seeks passionate and enthusiastic SEN teaching assistants committed to contributing to a child's education. The ideal candidate will act as a positive role model, encouraging children to reach their academic potential and supporting them emotionally and socially.
