Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the London Behaviour Support Practitioner for the London and Southeast Region.
The region covers 18 sites across London and the Southeast. The care homes provide support to adults with a diagnosis of learning disabilities and complex needs, autism and sensory communication difficulties. The sites vary in size ranging from 5 bed units to 12 bed units.
You will be providing information, advice, practical support, and coaching to services managing difficult situations, conducting and interpreting behaviour assessments, including functional behaviour assessments, to understand and address behaviours of concern in new and existing residents.
