A community-focused educational institution in Tees Valley is seeking a Behaviour Support Officer to assist in the implementation of school behaviour protocols. The role includes supporting administrative aspects of the behaviour and rewards strategy while maintaining a visible presence to manage children's behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational settings and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

Start: ASAP
Contract: 37.5 hrs/week, 8am - 4pm. Term time only.
Salary: Grade H points 14 - 17, £25,200 - £26,464 (actual pay).
