Vacancy: Behaviour Support Officer

Start: ASAP

Contract: 37.5 hrs/week, 8am - 4pm. Term time only.

Salary: Grade H points 14 - 17, £25,200 - £26,464 (actual pay).

About the school

Northfield School is a large 11-16 community school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state-of-the-art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced newly refurbished main building, a newly built separate Year 7 school, and extensive sports facilities shared with the community.

Responsibilities
  • Main duties and responsibilities will include supporting leaders with some of the administrative aspects of the school’s behaviour and rewards strategy and assisting in the implementation of school behaviour protocols and the effective management of children in school by being a visible presence around the school site.
