About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Officer at a Cardiff Secondary school, you will play a key role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, promoting positive behaviour, and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Support students exhibiting challenging behaviour to improve engagement and learning outcomes

  • Assist with managing behaviour incidents and encouraging positive behaviour throughout the school
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills
