An educational support organization based in Bristol is seeking Behaviour Support Mentors to assist children with emotional and social challenges. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and experience working with youth. This role involves providing 1:1 and group support, building trust, and working closely with educational staff to implement strategies for improved behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
