Behaviour Support - Bracknell

An amazing school in Bracknell is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for students. The role is to start as soon as possible.

The focus of the role is supporting students in managing and processing their emotions healthily, ensuring they have access to coping strategies both at school and at home.

As a dedicated Behaviour and Intervention Support Assistant, your work will involve delivering tailored interventions for students who need extra support. You will also support students with challenging behaviour in the classroom, helping them develop tools to lay foundations for good mental health.
