An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary school in the borough of Brent is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.

The school is looking to recruit a skilled and committed individual to provide specific and direct support to students working alongside a successful behaviour team supporting the whole school community.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be part of a team that works hand in hand with the pastoral team to ensure teachers are equipped to provide high quality teaching to all children with minimal disruption. In your role as a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will seek to develop and implement behaviour strategies in which pupils can interact purposefully, learn in a positive manner, and communicate effectively with others.
