We’re working with a Primary alternative provision in Sheffield that’s looking for a resilient and passionate Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who needs extra support with both learning and behaviour.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30am–4:00pm), that blends classroom guidance with active, outdoor learning — perfect for someone with a background in sport, coaching, or activity coordination.
You’ve got patience and positivity in equal measure
Confident using de-escalation and behaviour support strategies
Strong role model, calm communicator, team player
Enjoy being active – outdoors activities are a big part of this role
Experience with SEND or challenging behaviours is a bonus
Available full-time and ready to get stuck in!
