  • Liaising with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies (e.g., social services) as required.
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture in Blackpool.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
  • Patience, empathy, and a non-judgemental approach.
  • The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in Blackpool.

What We Can Offer You:

  • A rewarding and challenging role where you can make a real difference in the lives of students in Blackpool.
