• Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions.
• Promote a positive learning environment by modelling appropriate behaviour and maintaining consistent boundaries.
• Assist with crisis de-escalation and behaviour management strategies.
• Experience working with young people who present with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs or trauma-informed backgrounds.
• Knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices.
• A calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach.
• Relevant training (Team Teach or similar) is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
• Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
