Salary:Grade 5, Scale Point 9–17 (£23,194 - £26,846 pro-rata)
Working Hours:37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks including 5 INSET days)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join our dedicated Behaviour Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of our newly renovated Behaviour Centre and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, and families to implement behaviour systems and interventions that foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and academic success.
