Qualifications

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and patient Behaviour Support Assistant to work in schools across Sheffield. This role is perfect for someone who can help foster positive behaviour, build trust, and support students’ social and emotional development.

  • Provide 1:1 or small group behavioural support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support positive classroom environments.
  • Help pupils develop social skills, self-regulation, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of behavioural interventions and progress.
