Job summary

Behaviour Support Assistant - Primary School - Lambeth - £89-£110 per day - Immediate Start

* 1:1 support role in a primary school

Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day for a KS2 pupil with challenging behaviour linked to social and emotional needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to implement strategies that support emotional regulation, engagement in learning, and social interaction.
  • Help the pupil develop positive relationships and self-regulation strategies.
  • Contribute to creating a nurturing, structured environment that supports the pupil’s wellbeing and learning progress.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience working in a school setting.
