Job summary

Confidential is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth, London. The role focuses on providing 1:1 and small-group support, implementing behaviour strategies and promoting emotional regulation to re-engage learners.

You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff, supporting pupils to build confidence and resilience while modelling positive behaviours and interventions in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs.
• Experience in a SEMH school, PRU or alternative provision desirable.
• Confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies.
• Available full-time ASAP.

Responsibilities
