GSL Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time at a secondary school in Fareham. This role starts in September 2025 or October 2025, depending on notice periods. The successful candidate will be working alongside the school’s Pastoral Team, primarily supporting students who have been removed from classes due to poor behaviour or are experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH) such as anxiety or depression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are patient, resilient, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students. The role offers the chance for long-term development, with the possibility to progress through pay grades as experience is gained.
