Job summary

Confidential is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant in East Grinstead, West Sussex. You will support pupils with SEMH, MLD, and/or autism, assisting the class teacher and delivering 1:1 or small group support in a safeguarding-focused environment. On-site role, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30, term time only.

Salary 93-105 per day. You must have the right to work in the UK; DBS enhanced check is commonly required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN and SEMH and ability to support pupils with learning, physical, sensory, or behavioural challenges.
• Able to build trusted relationships with pupils and provide 1:1 or small group support.
• Willing to attend staff meetings and complete relevant CPD, following safeguarding guidelines.
