Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Education and Training

£90 - £100 Per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work one-on-one with students to address behavioural issues and promote positive interactions
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans
Minimum Requirements
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
  • Understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Good organisational skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Training in safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
