Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Chichester. You will support students in the classroom and in small groups, and provide 1:1 assistance to help them engage with learning.

With a focus on behaviour management, you will help students gain confidence and regulate emotions, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role starts ASAP and offers weekly pay through PAYE with referral bonuses and training

Salary: £462.80 - £475 per week

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students.

In this role, you’ll be supporting students both in the classroom and in smaller groups, as well as providing 1:1 assistance. With your skills in behaviour management, you’ll help students gain confidence, help them emotionally regulate, and engage with their learning in positive ways.

Many of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or conditions like Autism or ADHD.
